Curtis began his professional career with a ten year association in the public accounting field. As a result of his successful career in that profession he was exposed to the real estate and various financial institutions through his direct involvement in the liquidation of Savings & Loan real estate and mortgage portfolios. His education includes undergraduate and graduate studies in accounting, marketing, finance, economics, tax and law from both the University of Santa Clara and the University of San Diego. He was Licensed by the California Departement of Real Estate in 1989 and amoung other designations, one he is most proud of, is his association with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) earning him the "Realtor" designation!
